It is nice to be home and sleep in my own bed after a week away with the family. My week didn't go so great with my purse being stolen but I managed to squeeze in some fun.
Monday night I went out with the Lamar gang. It was Cinco De Mayo so we headed to Goose's Acre? We managed to get a free beer though! I miss my friends soooo much. We had a great time catching up. (I had a pic but need to get it from Les.)
Then on Tuesday we were planning to go to the zoo. Of coarse the weather didn't cor operate so we ended up just going to Target and playing at the house.
Then came Wednesday which was awful!
Thursday we had a girls lunch with the Moms and Emma at Tommy Bahamas. Then we made the switch to Nana and Pop's house for the weekend.
Friday I actually went to a movie! SO HUGE! I can't remember the last movie I saw. Mom (G) and I went to see Made of Honor. It was pretty cute.
We spent Saturday with the Larkin clan eating boiled shrimp and watching all the kids play. We even ventured into the pool but it was COLD! We even got some great pictures of all 5 grand kids.

Chandler, Collyn, Kyle, Emma and MaxSunday we woke to a happy girl then.......we poisoned her with some bad milk and spent the rest of the day taking care of a sick girl. :( A moms job is never done, even on Mother's Day! Ryan and Pop managed to cheer Mom and I up with a great meal and wonderful gifts. Needless to say the drive home was not so fun with Emma being sick, but we made it and she was so glad to be in her own bed!
Our sick girl! She is feeling much better today. Which was good because I had to go get a new license and open a new bank account. (SO FUN!) So that was our week in a nut shell. The good and the bad. Hope to have some more pictures up soon.
