Emma's friend Ethan came over to play last week while his mommy went to the doctor. Emma was super excited that he was coming over but was not so excited about sharing her toys.... something we really need to work on!
They did have a great time though! Here they are checking out Mickey Mouse.

We had planned all week to go to Bayfest on Saturday afternoon. That was until Miss Emma decided that it was going to take us 2 hours to put her down for her nap! ARG! We all took a nap and woke up at 4. Emma was screaming because we had promised her this day of fun after a nap.... so we quickly headed out to check out Bayfest for the first time.
We were not that impressed but Emma enjoyed the petting zoo, carousel, and batman slide. Her main goal was to see Dora and Diego but as we went up to take our picture she started screaming hysterically and would not get any closer to them. She did however want Mommy and Daddy to have their picture taken with Dora and Diego as she watched..... didn't happen.

We took some pictures on our way back to the car. Look at all those curls! It was so miserably HOT and HUMID!
This morning Emma was dancing away while I was trying to work. Daddy came in and decided to join in! Such a precious moment!
