It's Beginning to Look a lot Like Christmas!

We have been busy getting ready for Christmas! I can't believe it is almost here. 

We attended a few breakfast with Santa events in Corpus and also some pottery painting. Emma is proud of all the ornaments she created that are hanging on the tree. This is a tradition we plan to continue each year.

 Emma also had a Christmas program at school. She takes a dance class, Jazzy Feet, two days a week after school. Her dance group did a performance to Jingle Bells during the program. Emma did such a great job! We were super proud of her! (video below)

 Pop came into town to see Emma's program. It was a surprise for Emma and she was so excited when she saw him in the audience.

 Emma and I went to see The Nutcracker performance by the Corpus Christi Ballet. We both loved the performance and will continue to do this each year!

 We had our Woodlands Christmas celebration a little early this year. Both kids were completely spoiled by grandparents and fun was had by all. It was a really special weekend together.

 Emma got a microphone from Nan and Papa. She is putting on performances everyday around here. I am amazed at how she can hit the button with the beat on it and make up a song that goes with the beat. She is a Gratland for sure!
